Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts is pleased to announce this intensive new all-day program about the legal and business issues that affect individual artists and individuals within arts organizations and cultural institutions who make and work in film, music, and interactive media (websites, internet, video games).

Sessions will include:
Intellectual Property
Contract Essentials and Negotiation
Exploring For-Profit & Non-Profit Business Models
Considerations for Documentary and Fact-Based Projects
Internet, Websites, Blogs

Special Guest:
Peter Rienecker, Esq., Vice President and Senior Counsel Original Programming, HBO, Inc., will speak during lunch break.

Fees:
Artists and Students: $149
Arts Organizations: $199
All Lawyers: $299 (7 CLE Credits: 3 Professional, 2 Skills, 2 Ethics)
