Yes, I know you should never put something in someone’s mouth when they are having a seizure. This was written sometime around 1986 or so, and I wrote this scene based on what I read in an old medical book, and on the advice of a doctor. I completely forgot about it, and no one has mentioned it, but when we do a new edition of the book, I’ll try to remember to post the correction here. Thanks to readers for pointing it out.
