It’s one of my favorite plays. If you get the chance, see the Peter O’Toole/Katherine Hepburn film version.
I love it too!
“What would you have me do? Give out? Give up? Give in?”
“How about giving me a little peace.”
“Why not eternal peace? Now, there’s a thought!”
Or something like that.
Best play ever.
I remember trying to watch it with some folks who had to have every third line explained to them.
Your IQ must be THIS HIGH to enjoy this story.
BTW, I had to disable a couple of the ads we’ve been hosting. Got complaints about the animation, and some of it was driving me crazy, too. I appreciate the money, but we really don’t need to have so much flash on the site we give people migraines.
