From the sounds of it, her thing with Aeren was pretty lop-sided. If he trusted her as much as she adored him, she’d know who Reiken really is.
Beys has such predatory eyes…
She’s looking at Jason and thinking “…Nom, nom, nom…”
kinky!
I’ve never liked Beys. I always thought she was using Jason and deluding herself at the same time. I just always felt she was going to stab Jason in the back.
Beys is the name of my level 80 paladin in WoW. I’d hate to think she was a backstabbing b—- cause then I’d have to change her name.
Beys reminds me of several people whose objects of adoration didn’t reciprocate either. That scares me.
That’s exactly it. I expect her to crack one day and start babbling insane stuff confusing Jason for Aeren and just totally freaking out. I didn’t think about it till you said something Gemina but I think you hit the nail right on the head.
Beys is one of those people who really thinks she is reasonable about and in control of her emotions. “I adored Aeren. Jason is his son. I know the distinction between the two, so I can indulge my attraction to Jason. No problem.”
Yeah, right.
