Monday’s update today! Another mislabeled file goes up early. If you get here on Monday, no worries. If you get here on Sunday, no new page tomorrow. All other pages for the week are properly loaded.
And what excitement this weekend when a file went kablooey. Thank goodness for triple redundancy. All image files are backed up on separate internal and external hard drives, so the art was saved.

Thats kind of an oxymoron, Sere. ‘I’m bloated with pride.’ Love that line!
So…. Emeris goes with the “dress right” choice? (I can’t help it. Colleen’s art just provokes the risque comments! The back view prompted another one in my mind, but it was a stinker.
)
Every time I read this scene, I hear Emeris’s voice going up an octave.
Heh.
This “She’s only half alive when she’s not indignant”? Meowwwwwwww, Ninivir! Want a saucer of milk with that?
Will someone please put some pants on this guy?
Hold on, how exactly does butt-boy get the idea that what Seren is doing is treason? He really can’t tell the difference between poetic justice and treason? I bet he also gets that nasal, girly-voice whine to go with his jump in pitch.
Well, the only thing I can say to that is that you have wildly divergent values about loyalty.
Emeris is not the sort of person who cares about justice toward other people.
Maybe someone should sit Emeris down and carefully explain karma and why you should never be at the mercy of someone you’ve tried to assault.
Emeris reminds me of a teenage girl I used to baby-sit. Every time she didn’t get her way (meaning I enforced her mommy’s rules as I was paid to do) her voice got higher, and you could almost see this little Hissy Fit meter appear over her head. Too bad Emeris hasn’t had the time to butter up anyone in the heirarchy to the point where they’d do favors for him.
People who do bad things don’t believe they will pay the price for the bad things. Therefore, they don’t believe in karma.
People who claim they believe in karma do bad things. No matter what bad things they do, they think they will get the God’s Special Snowflake exception. So, they do bad things.
