Wow. I’ve never gotten results like that no matter what brand of mascara I’ve used.
It looks like a lot of problems could be solved by assassinating Niniri, Sere, and now Emeris . . . not all of them, but it wouldn’t be taking baby steps.
That’s Seren’s theory.

I use eyeliner on the lower lid and then Maybelline Intense XXL (microfiber). I can get something close to this effect.
I think only false eyelashes could get me close to this effect.
