I hope we get to see the conversation Aeren had with Jessica where he explained his true background someday. Must have been fascinating as Spock would put it. Bast spent much longer on Earth than Aeren. I wonder if she ever revealed the truth to anyone besides Seren, D’Mer, Liana, and the others. She doesn’t seem the type but maybe if she had a good reason or to suit her needs. She does seem to have some small affection for Earth after all these eons even if she did wind up here not at all by choice and had a very hard time of it here in the beginning.

Ovanan. There. My tablet recognizes it now.No more humorous auto correct sort of sad. But the thing has a mind of its own and this wasn’t the first hysterical correct its done. Probably won’t be the last. Sometimes I think its a Cylon. It certainly is clever enough to be one. And its snarky smart aleck way it goes about these supposedly unintentional auto corrects fits how a Cylon would act as well. A Cylon from the newer reimagined Battlestar Galactica not the original one I watched as a 10-11 year old in 1978.

Thanks, Oona. I’m glad you like my style. I confess I find some of the cartoony styles today offputting. They are so homogenous, I can’t tell some artists apart.

I like the clear lines. I absolutely hate all these round- and toffee-nosed cartoon characters. After all, when describing people in fiction authors also don’t choose to caricature them. And the little boy looks exactly like cute k,ids do look.
