I have finally learned to use wonderful Photoshop tools like the MOVE tool, and made subtle changes to the lettering placements. I spent about 3 hours this weekend doing touch-ups on lettering. This is the first page I have posted with these changes.

One of my worst faults is cramming letters up against the panel border. It's terribly easy in Photoshop to just move the words a jot to the side, and it does look so much better.

In the past, when I made a big mistake I needed the printer to change, they'd charge $10 per fix!

I know I must have written it 1,000 times before by now, but if I have my druthers and ever get to do a definitive printed edition, the lettering will be the first thing to do-over.

Also, please feel free to bring grammatical errors to my attention.

The last fellow I hired to proof was awful. He made the mistake of later bragging in a letter to a third party that he had never even read the book. Explains how the gaffes slipped into the printed version, doesn't it?

That said, I must point out that I used to have a kind lady named Mary Grey who did the job, and I simply lost touch with her over the years. She was a pip.

Anyway, I will continue to do my letters on this book by hand, but if I make a mistake, I will fix in Photoshop. No more cut and paste, no more white out!
