I am not a skilled digital artist. I have very little knowledge of the programs, and a lot of what I do is all hunt and peck. However, I think I get better digital results than I do with hand painting, simply because it’s incredibly easy to get airbrush effects or fix mistakes!

I keep threatening to do the opposite. By which I mean… draw something on the computer, but color it by hand. I’m strangely better at drawing on the computer than by hand BUT better at coloring by hand than on the computer.

My goal with digital art is that it not look digital. So a portion of this is original art, and a portion of this is digital painted art.

A lot of digital comic art looks the same to me, and I am trying to avoid that look.
