Poor Elayne Riggs was a recipient of the convention crud which has felled everyone I know, and I am sicker than I was two days ago. But we also have her to thank for these lovely pics, including a nice one of me at the show. As you can see, my delicate Southern self required layers of protection. I wondered why my donations had dried up. My Paypal button code was incorrect. On every single post. Oops. All fixed now. Buy me chocolate. I will make you feel guilty if you don’t. Then you will weep bitter tears of regret that I died at 94 never having finished my comic book, and oh, how I will laugh into my afterlife, knowing how my books ends while you don’t, neener, neener.

From the Mailbag! I’ve been digging out various titles that have been waiting to be read by me for years. One of those titles is ADS, and I have been enjoying it. However, for some crazy reason, I had thought that 38 was intended to be the wrap-up of the story. I’m now figuring out that it isn’t, and was hoping for some sort of update on when we’d see more ADS in print (webcomic is nice – but it’ll take a long time to get to where the published material left off!) I imagine that there was something on the old boards, but I didn’t look the website up…

Just getting home from New York Comic Con. I’ll need a couple of days to get my act together, so please don’t be offended if I can’t answer mail right away. Great show, great fans, great times, exhausted and glad to be home. I also completed a huge load of commissions, some years old. I will start posting them over the next day or so. I think I have as many as 20 of them. I do believe I completed some months back, but have been too harried to get them mailed. I am going to get them cleared out of here and be done DONE I SAY with old…
