Colleen December 28, 2009 at 12:05 am More annotation: D’mer’s last line in panel four paraphrases a quip from “The Lion in Winter”. It’s one of my favorite plays. If you get the chance, see the Peter O’Toole/Katherine Hepburn film version.
scribblerworks December 28, 2009 at 12:49 am I love it too! “What would you have me do? Give out? Give up? Give in?” “How about giving me a little peace.” “Why not eternal peace? Now, there’s a thought!” Or something like that.
Colleen December 28, 2009 at 1:02 am Best play ever. I remember trying to watch it with some folks who had to have every third line explained to them. Your IQ must be THIS HIGH to enjoy this story.
Colleen December 28, 2009 at 12:25 pm BTW, I had to disable a couple of the ads we’ve been hosting. Got complaints about the animation, and some of it was driving me crazy, too. I appreciate the money, but we really don’t need to have so much flash on the site we give people migraines.
