Aeren
This was originally painted in watercolor, and though Allan Harvey was kind enough to get me a scan from the original, I redid part of it digitally. I think I may have tweaked it a bit too much, but it is still an improvement over the original. This is one of my earliest paintings for the self published editions of A Distant Soil.

Thank you, this differs somewhat in the face form the original piece, and I am not sure the smoke effect really works, LOL! But I like the design and Aeren is always a lovely vision!

I think the smoke works–It reminds me of the type of “exhalations” you get off of really cold icicles sometimes…
But I swear–I just wanna’ burrow down into his hair like a cat and cuddle and purrrrrrr….*Blissful Sigh*
