Triad
This is a really early drawing, and since it predates the digital age I don’t have a clear scan of the pencil work. Image used it as a frontispiece at some point and did some tweaking, hence the heavy line around the art. I’d been meaning to do this in color at some point, but I decided to just move on and create something new instead. Patreon has surpassed level 1, we are 20% on the way to level 2! Battle
This is a really early cover that depicts a scene no longer in the series. Colored inks, and colored pencil. I haven’t reused this piece in the current edition. Minetti by Jose Luis Garcia Lopez
This was done for an A Distant Soil pinup book. I own this, and it hangs in my studio. Garcia Lopez is one of my all-time favorite artists and I was so thrilled to get him to do this. Fundraiser print, this one recently completed and going out as an extra with late Seren/D’mer prints, and for Patreon supporters. Aeren is the father of Jason and Liana, a legendary figure on Ovanan, a lover and a fighter and a bit of a rogue. CODA
This is the cover to A DISTANT SOIL Volume IV. It is watercolor and pencil, with digital touch ups. While it’s one of my favorite covers, it’s probably not flashy enough for commercial purposes. Oh, well.
