Every time I look at these old pages I lament my lettering. But I get a kick out of watching my art style develop day by day on this website. Circa 1996, natch. (EDIT: all the lettering is redone now, thanks.)

It took me awhile to get used to drawing and lettering at the smaller original art size I had adopted a few pages earlier. If you compare this art to the pages I posted back in June, you’ll notice the line quality is much smoother and cleaner. These pages were drawn nearly ten years later. I put a lot of angry energy into the old line work. I like this line sense much better. The art and lettering are starting to work together here.
